Refund policy

RETURNS:

We want you to be happy with your order. If you’re not completely satisfied, Topaz & Ruby is pleased to offer you a full refund within 14 days of delivery date.

Topaz & Ruby reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our return requirements. Returned merchandise must be unworn, include its original packaging, and be in the same condition as when it was received. Used merchandise will not be accepted unless defective.

Once your return is processed, your original form of payment (less shipping and handling) will be refunded within 5-7 business days.

Please note, personalized pieces are made to order and are final sale. All other merchandise is eligible for return, unless otherwise noted.

SALE ITEMS:

All sale items are EXCHANGE ONLY. You may exchange a sale item within 14 days of receiving. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you an exchange. 

TO INITIATE A RETURN:

Please email support@topazandruby.com to initiate a return. We ask that you mail back your unworn merchandise via a trackable shipping method and include your order number and reason for return in the package. We can also email a pre-paid USPS return label upon request for a cost of $3.00 that will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, items are delicate and may get damaged in transit. To ensure the safety of your return, it must be shipped back in its original packaging. We are not responsible for any lost or missing return packages.
